Located in the city of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu in the state of Paraná, on the edge of the Itaipu Lake where one of the largest dams in the world is located. Our factory unit is located in an area of 30,000 m², with a production area of around 3,000 m².
Alongside BR 277, one of the largest highways in the country, it connects Victory to the largest consumer centers in the South and Southeast, facilitating the easy and practical flow of its production throughout Brazil.
Victory Yachts has the mission to manufacture the best ocean boats, whether for leisure or fishing.
We build an exclusive product for select and demanding consumers, just like us, who are passionate about excellence in navigation, finishing details and cutting-edge technology. This drives us to improve the experience of our customers who can feel it in unforgettable moments by the water, especially with family and friends.
Buying a Victory is more than buying a boat. It is more like having a team of people passionate about the nautical world, employing all their experience in all areas and processes, from planning to manufacturing, from the first sales contact to the after sales handling.
From the owners to the employees and designers, everyone has extensive experience in navigation, fishing and diving, accumulating in total more than 300,000 miles of navigation experience.
The experience of our customers could not be left aside either. Always seeking to evolve, we are open to suggestions from those who use the product on a daily basis to improve and enhance our boats. We adopt the Japanese Kaizen philosophy, permanent evolution of our products and our team.
We are proud to say that we are the pioneers in Brazil to build boats using vacuum infusion. For 17 years, we have been manufacturing more than 500 boats and 12,000 parts using the vacuum infusion process. Our reward for all this effort is to deliver a premium product to our customers, with the best materials and the most advanced manufacturing processes.
Our boats are manufactured 100% by vacuum infusion, what does it mean?
Unlike most of our competitors, producing a boat 100% by vacuum infusion means, that all the parts of the boat, such as the hull, deck, cabins, covers, hard top, cockpit, etc. Are produced by vacuum infusion system.
In the vacuum infusion process, the raw materials used must be cutting-edge, from the special resins and fabrics to the Divinycell™ foam. This manufacturing process does not accept second-class materials. This ensures that the quality of the material used to build our boats is at the forefront of technology.
5 TIMES MORE STRUCTURAL RESISTANCE:
Vacuum infusion is a process widely used by cutting-edge technology companies that seek to increase the structural strength of their products without increasing weight.
Aerospace companies such as Boeing, Airbus, Embraer and NASA, Formula 1 teams and companies in the wind energy sector routinely use infusion technology in their products.
On boats, this technology allows boats to be not only lighter, but also 5 times more resistant compared to traditional building processes (Hand Lay-Up or Spray-Up).
High Performance vessels, such as the Brasil I and Volvo Ocean Race boats, are manufactured from Kevlar and carbon fiber using the vacuum infusion process.
3 TIMES LIGHTER:
In manual lamination, spray-up or hand lay up processes, the amount of resin applied x amount of fiber reaches 4 x 1, that is, for each kilo of fiber we have 4 kilos of resin. The resin itself does not have any structural resistance, it is like glass. Making a comparison with a concrete beam, the rebar inside the beam plays the structural role that the fiber plays with the resin, without the rebar the beam breaks. In the infusion process we reduce this to 1 x 1, meaning for every kilo of fiber we have 1 kilo of resin. This is because in addition to using fiber, we also use Divinycell™ foam, so we end up not taking excess resin with us for boat trips.
HOMOGENEITY IN LAMINATE THICKNESS:
With this process we guarantee a maximum variation in laminate thickness, no more than 3%, over the same surface, so we can guarantee that each boat that leaves the factory has a difference in weight no greater than 2%.
All our projects are developed using state-of-the-art software, from 3D drawings to structural resistance and hundreds of element tests. All prototypes are developed and built from cuts made by CNC machines.
We are proud to say that Victory Yachts does not copy, it develops all its models and before being produced in a series, they are tested exactly as the Formula 1 and automobile industries do.
Victory also undertake its models to rigorous tests at open sea, even more than 150 miles from the coast. This rigorous approach to testing guarantees that, when the final product is ready, it will comply with all the highest quality and seaworthy standards required by the international market, stating our position as a reference in the Brazilian market.
VICTORY’S COCKPIT IS SELF-DRAINING:
All the water that falls on the deck, whether from rain or the sea, drains out of the boat through the water outlets, the Victory’s bilge is dry, there is no way for water to accumulate in the boat’s bilge.
HULL INJECTED WITH CLOSED CELL POLYURETHANE FOAM:
There is a law of physics that says “two bodies cannot occupy the same space at the same time”. Victory Yachts hulls are injected with polyurethane foam into independent compartments and then enclosed using a special process to ensure it does not absorb water. This guarantees positive buoyancy in any situation, capsized or not or even with the bottom of the hull ripped.
SPECIFIC WEIGHT IS LOWER THAN THE WATER’S:
Lamination by vacuum infusion with Divinycell™ foam makes the specific weight of the material used to reach around 600 kg per m³, what is, less than the specific weight of the water. If you cut off a piece of the bottom of the hull of a Victory or blow up the boat, these pieces will float what means another additional guarantee of buoyancy of the boats and its parts.
We know that each user has his own profile and lifestyle, some want to enjoy a peaceful day with family, others want to do extreme fishing and there are those who want both. With that in mind, Victory Yachts innovates once again in the nautical market, bringing the CMS concept. Customization Modular System, ONE Boat, THREE lifestyles, THREE versions for the same model. With specific differences for each way of use but keeping its oceanic ADN. They are: Ride, Open Sea and Sport (+).
